The staff, especially Janath at reception, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. They even went above and beyond to make my spouse's 40th birthday celebration special by preparing a lovely dessert platter for our room. The evening meal was delicious and the continental breakfast was filling. Despite a few minor hiccups like a non-functioning jacuzzi and a closed restaurant, the overall experience was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The continental breakfast was delicious and filling, and we loved the monkey spotting that was guaranteed every morning!
